Hi, I'm Jennipher
With over 20 years of teaching experience in public, private, and international schools in Singapore, Jakarta, Bali, and several American states, I have dedicated the last 15 years to specializing as a tutor for students with dyslexia. Holding a Master's degree in Specific Learning Differences and certification in Orton-Gillingham structured literacy and math instruction, I bring knowledge and experience to my highly individualized lessons.
Initially skeptical about online tutoring, I discovered it offers the perfect setting for focused and personalized learning that caters to each student's unique needs. I'm an American TEFL-certified ESL/ELL teacher with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. A native English speaker, I love exploring new places. I have traveled extensively throughout Latin America and Spain, gaining a deeper appreciation for Spanish language and culture.
With a passion for art and photography, I incorporate creativity into teaching English as a second language. My goal is to help students elicit learning objectives through patient, personalized guidance in a calm, supportive environment.
