Our experienced wellbeing guides can help your family create a greater sense of balance and connectedness to help mediate the busyness of life.

Hi, I'm Zachary

Step into the practice of presence. In this gentle course we will learn how to cultivate awareness, calm, and emotional resilience through guided meditation, breathwork, and reflective exercises. Whether you're brand new to mindfulness or refining an existing practice, you'll gain tools to navigate stress, enhance focus, and build inner strength. Each session includes visualization, journaling, and simple, effective habits to make your practice personal and alive. Perfect for thoughtful learners seeking clarity, compassion, and creative insight. Family sessions, student sessions, and adult sessions are available.

As a tutor with more than 20 year of experience in education, I bring a relational, imaginative, and rigorous approach. I help learners connect ideas across disciplines, build confidence through creative expression, and develop tools for lifelong learning—whether through writing, world-building, strategic play, or mindfulness meditation.

Mindfulness & Meditation Guide, Zachary

Hi, I'm Ms. Amanda

In addition to academic tutoring, I offer individual and small-group sessions focused on yoga, social-emotional learning, and self-regulation. These sessions integrate gentle yoga movement, classic pranayama (breathing techniques), mindfulness, and meditation to support emotional balance, nervous-system regulation, and mental clarity. Drawing from both educational and yoga-teacher training, I create a safe, supportive space where students learn practical tools to manage stress, improve focus, and build greater self-awareness—skills that support both learning and everyday life.

I have a M.A. in Linguistics (TESOL), a B.A. in English, and am a licensed Secondary ELA teacher in California. I have lived and taught in the United States, Japan, and England, and I have traveled extensively throughout Central and South America, Southeast Asia, and Europe. I speak Spanish fluently and French, and my multilingual background helps me connect with students learning English as well as those strengthening their native language skills. I enjoy hiking, listening to music, reading and writing, traveling, spending time in nature, and teaching yoga.
