Parenting is difficult in the most ideal situations, and parenting a child with learning difficulties such as ADHD, dyslexia, autism, or other challenges can sometimes leave parents feeling overwhelmed and helpless. That’s when the guidance of an experienced educator and parent can make a world of difference. Whether you are seeking a professional perspective on a recent diagnosis, need help navigating the IEP process, would guidance on whether/how to seek assessment, or want strategies for dealing with your child's academic/social/behavioral/emotional struggles, I am here to help with strategies and resources to fit your family's unique situation.

Hi, I'm Jennipher

With over 20 years of teaching experience, I have dedicated the last 15 years to specializing as a teacher and tutor for students with learning and behavioral challenges. Holding a Master's degree in Specific Learning Differences and certification in Orton-Gillingham structured literacy and math instruction, I offer my knowledge and experience to parents seeking guidance on the many challenges unique to parenting a child with special needs.

Inspired to pursue graduate studies in special education when my son was diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD in 2009, I have since worked with hundreds of students and families struggling with the many complexities of school and home life. I have taught in public, private, and international schools in the US, Singapore, Bali, and Jakarta and have an understanding of the unique challenges of parenting and educating children with additional needs. When you book an appointment for Parent Support, I will listen to your questions and concerns, review relevant reports, and offer customized resources and guidance for your family's individual needs.
