Middle & High School Math with Mr. Eddie

Service Description

Mr. Eddie specializes in middle school and high school math tutoring. He graduated from the University of Alabama and is currently working toward his Master’s degree in Education with a focus in mathematics. ​He currently teaches 7th and 8th grade math and enjoys helping students grow more confident in their abilities while improving their understanding of math concepts. He has experience working with students in classrooms, one-on-one, and small group settings, and he tries to make lessons both encouraging and easy to follow. He knows math can feel frustrating for a lot of students, so he focuses on breaking concepts down step-by-step and creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. His goal is to help students not only improve academically, but also become more confident in themselves as learners.
