Service Description

In addition to academic tutoring, Ms. Amanda offers individual and small-group sessions focused on yoga, social-emotional learning, and self-regulation. These sessions integrate gentle yoga movement, classic pranayama (breathing techniques), mindfulness, and meditation to support emotional balance, nervous-system regulation, and mental clarity. Drawing from both educational and yoga-teacher training, she creates a safe, supportive space where students learn practical tools to manage stress, improve focus, and build greater self-awareness—skills that support both learning and everyday life.
