Science of Reading with Ms. Tasha

Service Description

Reading intervention with Science of Reading tutor, Ms. Tasha, who brings a decade of classroom experience teaching grades K–8 in both general and special education across 1:1, small group, whole class, and virtual settings. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of West Florida with a B.A. in Elementary Education and Exceptional Student Education (ESE), complete with ESOL and Reading endorsements. She is extensively trained in the Science of Reading and Orton-Gillingham approaches, utilizing programs like Reading A-Z, CKLA, LETRS, and iSPIRE. Her teaching philosophy is simple: every child can learn, just not always in the same way. She prioritizes building strong relationships with her students and fostering their confidence by creating consistent opportunities for success.
